Claude limits use of custom assistants to only a few messages per day on free accounts. Since you'll be working with them intensively throughout your entire journey, you need more access - which Claude Pro gives you for around $18/month.
In a nutshell: I've created the assistants for you, and you need the engine to use them - like internet for Netflix or hosting for your website.
The course walks you through setup step-by-step, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
How long will I have access to the program and AI assistants?
You’ll have full access to the program, materials, and emotionally intelligent AI assistants for two full years from the moment you join.
This includes all future updates to the assistants, workbooks, and course space during that time, because the technology behind the scenes continues to evolve, and I'll keep everything maintained and up-to-date for you.
After two years, if you’d like to continue using the program, you’ll have the option to renew your access for a small yearly fee, comparable to website hosting (around €120 per year) so you can keep using the latest version of the assistants and materials as they grow and improve.
Why isn’t access unlimited or lifetime?

How much time do I need for this?
That depends on your pace, your schedule, and how deeply you like to reflect. But here’s a helpful estimate:
You can expect to spend about 10–15 hours on the You & Your Why workbook. Using the talking mode or a hybrid approach (starting in writing, then continuing with a conversation) can make the process smoother and sometimes even quicker.
After that, the outcome document is created together with your assistant. It takes care of the structure and shaping — you simply steer, refine, and add your voice. It’s a smooth, guided process that builds directly on the clarity you’ve already uncovered.
If you move at a relaxed pace, for example, an hour on weekday evenings and a few hours on the weekend, you can complete a workbook in about two weeks, and then take another few hours to finish the outcome phase the following week.
