The Bloompreneur Program — How It All Works

The Bloompreneur Program is offered by Green Gold OOD, based in Bulgaria. That’s the official business name behind this program - even though you’ll mostly see me refer to it simply as The Bloompreneur Program.

1. What You’re Getting

The Bloompreneur Program is a thoughtfully designed program to help you shape a meaningful, strategic, and sustainable business.
It includes structured workbooks, custom AI assistants, and an online course space filled with tools and reflections to guide you.
The full details of what’s included are outlined on the sales page when you join.

2. How Long You’ll Have Access

Your purchase gives you full access to the course space, materials, and assistants for 2 years from the day you join.

After that, if you’d like to keep access, you can renew your access for €120 (+ VAT where applicable) per year. Renewing gives you continued access to:

• the course space
• the latest versions of the assistants
• updated workbooks and materials

It’s a way to keep everything current, well-maintained, and aligned with the evolving online landscape.

Important note: Support is not included with renewal — but if you ever need extra help beyond your access term, you’ll have the option to book a paid support session.

3. How the Assistants Work

The assistants are powered by OpenAI and customized to work with the The Bloompreneur Program program. They’ll help you brainstorm, reflect, synthesize, and create.

During your access years, you’ll have access to updates and refinements as the assistants improve.

After that year, they may continue working, but:

• I can’t guarantee how long they’ll stay available (they run on third-party systems),
• I reserve the right to retire, remove, or replace them at any point,
• updated or new assistants will only be available if your access is active.

4. Privacy & Data Use

• Anything you enter into the assistants is processed by OpenAI under their own privacy policy.
• I don’t have access to your conversations with the assistants unless you choose to share them with me.
• Please avoid entering highly sensitive or personal data.

5. Your Role & Responsibilities

This is a self-paced program designed to support you — but it works best when you show up for it.
You’re responsible for your engagement and progress.
You agree to use the materials respectfully, for your own business, and in line with common sense and lawfulness.

6. Tech Requirements

The assistants in The Bloompreneur Program are built with OpenAI’s platform. To use them, you’ll need an OpenAI Plus account, which currently costs around $20/month (charged separately by OpenAI — not included in your program fee).

This account gives you access to the right model that powers the assistants and is required for them to work as designed.

If you don’t already have a Plus account, you’ll be guided through setting one up after you join. It’s quick and easy — and once set up, you’ll be able to use all the assistants you’ll receive as part of this program.

 You’ll also need a reliable internet connection and a modern browser to access the program and work with your AI assistants.
If there’s ever a tech issue, I’ll do my best to help.

7. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Prices are in Euros, and VAT may apply for EU clients.
Unless stated otherwise on the sales page, all sales are final once access is granted.
If a specific refund window or satisfaction guarantee is offered, it will be clearly described at checkout.

8. Using the Materials

All course materials — including workbooks, prompts, AI interactions, and video content — are for your personal use only.
You’re welcome to apply what you learn in your business, but please don’t copy, resell, or share the materials with others.

9. Support

You receive support during your first year — including helpful answers via email and guidance when something is unclear.
After that, support is no longer included. But if you ever need a hand, you can reach out and request paid support at a reasonable rate.

10. Things That Might Change

Technology, AI models, and the digital world move quickly. I do my best to keep the experience smooth and stable — but sometimes I may need to update, improve, or change parts of the program.
If I make major changes, I’ll let you know.

11. Legal Notes

This program is educational in nature and designed to support you — but I can’t guarantee specific results or outcomes.
I’m not responsible for business decisions you make or technical issues beyond my control.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

These terms might be updated from time to time — for example, if the program evolves, tools change, or policies need to be clarified.

The Bloompreneur Program is a program operated by Green Gold OOD (Green Gold), a company registered in Bulgaria.

All payments, communications, and agreements related to this program are made with Green Gold.

1. Scope of Service

The Bloompreneur Program is an online program for business development and strategy. It includes structured learning materials, outcome-driven workbooks, and AI-based support assistants.
The exact scope of the program is described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

2. Program Access

Program access is granted for one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this time, you will have full access to the course space, workbooks, and AI assistants.
After this period, continued access may be renewed annually for €150 + VAT (if applicable).
Renewal grants access to the most current version of the course materials, workbooks, and AI assistants.
Support is not included in the renewal and may be offered separately on a paid basis.

3. AI Assistant Availability

The program includes access to AI assistants powered by OpenAI.
Green Gold cannot guarantee the assistants’ continued functionality beyond the initial access term.
After the access period, assistants may still be available, but:

• Their functionality may change,
• They may be retired or replaced at any time,
• Updated versions will only be made available to clients with active access.

4. Privacy & Data Use

Any content entered into the AI assistants is processed by OpenAI and subject to their data and privacy policies.
Green Gold does not have access to client input or output data unless it is explicitly shared.
Clients are advised not to enter sensitive personal information into the AI systems.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for participating in the program and applying their own judgment when using program tools and outputs.
Access to the course space and assistants is for the individual purchaser only and may not be shared.
Clients agree to use the program lawfully and respectfully.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless a separate agreement is made. Prices are listed in Euros. VAT applies where legally required.
If a payment plan is used, all installments must be completed. Access may be paused for late or missed payments.

7. Refunds

Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final. If a refund window or satisfaction guarantee is provided, it will be clearly described at checkout.
No refunds will be granted for partial use or non-completion of the program.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials (including AI prompts, workbooks, and structured documents) are the intellectual property of Green Gold.
Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license for use in their own business. Materials may not be copied, distributed, or resold.

9. Support

Support is included for the first year after purchase.
Support after the first year is not included in the much lower renewal fee. Paid support may be available on request at the then-current hourly rate.

10. Third-Party Platform Access

The program includes custom AI assistants powered by OpenAI. To use these assistants, clients are required to have an active OpenAI Plus account, which provides access to required AI model.

This service is not included in the program price and must be purchased separately through OpenAI. The current monthly cost is approximately $20 USD, but this amount may change at the sole discretion of OpenAI.

Clients are responsible for maintaining access to the required OpenAI plan. Green Gold is not responsible for third-party pricing, account issues, or access restrictions related to OpenAI.

11. Technology & Platform Changes

Green Gold reserves the right to update, remove, or modify course materials and AI assistants as needed.
Platform changes, AI model updates, and third-party service shifts are outside of the provider’s control.
Green Gold is not responsible for any loss of access or performance due to third-party platform issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

The program is educational in nature. Green Gold makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results.
Liability for any claims shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.
Green Gold shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
Any disputes arising from participation in the program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Green Gold reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Significant changes affecting current clients will be communicated via email or within the course space.
